Black Crown Gladius Force (2025/2026)

The Black Crown Gladius Force is the "power-tuned" version of the standard Gladius. While the regular Gladius focuses on a balanced hybrid feel, the Force edition is designed for intermediate and advanced players who want to maintain the large, forgiving sweet spot of an oversize teardrop but with a more aggressive "pop" for finishing points.

It is essentially the "big hitter" of Black Crown’s versatile range, offering a slightly more head-heavy feel and a crisper response.

The On-Court Feel

1. Enhanced Smash Leverage

The "Force" designation comes from a slight shift in the balance. While it’s still a teardrop, the weight distribution is tuned to be a bit more "head-heavy" than the standard Gladius. On the court, this gives you more inertia during your swing, making it noticeably easier to "kick" the ball out of the court or bring it back to your side on a smash.

2. "Crisp" 3K Carbon Feedback

Using 3K Carbon faces provides a drier impact than fiberglass. This gives the racket a "responsive" feel—when you hit a volley, you get immediate feedback in your hand. It helps you control the depth of your shots more accurately because the ball doesn't "sink" into the racket as much as it does on softer models.

3. The "Oversize" Safety Net

Despite being a power-oriented racket, the Oversize Teardrop mold means the sweet spot is massive. This is a huge benefit in defense. If you are reaching for a ball in the corner and hit it near the frame, the Gladius Force is stable enough to ensure the ball still clears the net with decent depth.

4. Stable Vibration Management

Like the premium Piton series, it features the 2TB Air (Double Tubular Carbon) frame. This structure is key to the "Force" model; it keeps the racket rigid and stable during high-speed exchanges at the net, filtering out the harsh vibrations that typically come with stiffer, power-focused rackets.
