The Vertex 02 is one of the most iconic rackets in Bullpadel’s history, famously used by Maxi Sánchez. Released as part of the 2020 Proline, it was engineered for maximum power and high performance. While it is an older model, it remains a gold standard for aggressive players due to its stiff construction and innovative technical features.

Technical Features & On-Court Feel

1. Xtend Carbon 12K Face

The face uses Xtend Carbon 12K, which utilizes biaxially interwoven carbon tapes. These are thinner and lighter than traditional carbon fibers but provide significantly more strength and stiffness. On the court, this results in a very "dry" and explosive hit. If you have a fast swing, the racket rewards you with immense ball speed, particularly on flat smashes.

2. MultiEVA Core

This was one of the first models to feature the MultiEVA core, which consists of two layers:

• Outer Layer: Denser and harder to react to fast balls, providing more power.

• Inner Layer: Softer and less dense to help with control on slower balls, improving the "ball output" on defensive shots.

3. Topspin Surface

• Hesacore Grip: This model typically comes standard with the Hesacore honeycomb grip, which increases the surface area between the hand and the handle, reducing vibration and preventing the racket from twisting during high-impact hits.

5. Vertex Heart & Nerve Channels

The "Vertex" throat design distributes weight and force to eliminate vibrations and increase rigidity. Additionally, the Nerve channels (grooves on the side of the frame) reduce the weight of the racket while making it more resistant to bending during a smash.
